Definitions

casinoclub24.com – hereinafter referred to as the „Site”. The website owned by Internet Marketing agency B.V. (Emancipate Boulevard 29, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles) holding a gaming license #5536/JAZ issued on December 28, 2016 by C.I.L. Curacao Licensing N.V.
www.casinoclub24.com, an Internet domain name (web address) associated with casinoclub24.com. The exclusive owner of domains is Internet Marketing agency B.V. with the registered office in Emancipate Boulevard 29, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles.
Terms and Conditions – the present document specifying in details the rules of accessing and using casinoclub24.com Site.
Access service to the Site – free or paid service rendered by Internet Marketing agency B.V., the Site Operator, to a Player/User is subject to the present Terms and Conditions.
Site – a saloon of online gaming owned by Internet Marketing agency B.V. at www.casinoclub24.com, accessible in Internet through search engine or User Application.
User Application – computer software owned by Internet Marketing agency B.V. installed on the User’s computer/ mobile, that enables Internet access and login to Internet Marketing agency B.V. servers and use of all services offered on the Site.
Games – online games of a non-gambling character offered on the Site.
Administrator – Internet Marketing agency B.V. employee who runs and manages the Site.
Player, User – a natural person using the Site.
Login, Nick – individual and unique name of the Player/User for the Site, chosen upon opening his/her Account with the Site.
Account, Profile – accessible to every User after logging (with Login and Password) and allowing him/her to access the Site.
Internet Payment Systems – systems allowing for depositing and withdrawal of funds from the player’s account at casinoclub24.com. The systems are operated by third parties, e.g. Visa. MasterCard, Skrill, etc.
Customer service – also known as support. A team of professionally trained specialists responsible for customer contact and service.

§ 2
General provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules of using and functioning of the Internet gaming Site of casinoclub24.com accessible at www.casinoclub24.com , casinoclub24.com and other addresses of business partners.
  2.   5. The User declares that the data supplied by him/her upon registration do not breach law nor violate any universally applicable moral norms and are not abusive, harassing or threatening any third party. The User is aware of registering on a gaming-related Site.


§ 3
Use of the Site

  1. The use of the Site is voluntary and subject to the present Terms and Conditions. A limited use of the Site shall not require opening of an account or depositing any funds.
  2. The contents of the Site are accessible to every Internet user; however, the extent of this access for non-Users is limited.
  3. The services on the Site are available only to adults at the age of majority who have capacity to perform acts in law. Accessing the Site by minors may be permitted only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians and limited solely to the games for fun using virtual money.
  4. The use of the Site and its services for any purposes that do not comply with the Site regulations and that are illegal and improper with regard to the accepted norms, is forbidden.
  5. The User commits not to use the Site for earning or advertising purposes without a prior consent of Internet Marketing agency B.V. given in writing.
  6. Should any errors in Games be detected by the User, the User shall not make use of this knowledge for any unfair purpose and shall immediately notify the Site Operator about the case. All the attempts of virtual generating funds on an account and breaching provisions of this clause shall result in blocking the User’s access to the Site.
  7. Any attempts of fraud or deliberately causing malfunctioning of the Site as well as use of any additional software that enables a User to cheat the Game system or have an unfair advantage over other Users, are strictly prohibited and shall result in an immediate closure of this User’s account and forfeiture of funds allocated on this account. Any attempts to hack the Site shall be immediately reported to appropriate authorities and appropriate legal actions shall be instituted.
  8. Any collusion between Users in the form of discussing their face down cards by various means of communication (telephone, Skype, live chat, etc.) is forbidden. In case such as collusion, or an attempt to collude, regardless its effect, is proven, the Operator is entitled to permanently block the access of such Users to the Site.
  9. It is prohibited to conceal the true IP address, to hinder identification or to bypass safeguards by using a proxy server or illegal systems to access the Site and Games in particular.
  10. casinoclub24.com reserves the right to temporary or permanent suspend the Site after sending an information notice to the Users.
  11. All the comments, objections, complaints and claims relating to the services provided on the Site shall be submitted to our Customer Service. In order to investigate a claim, the following information is required: the User’s Login or Nick, e-mail address and a detailed description of the problem. Incomplete documentation will cause that the claim shall not be examined. The period of claim processing is 30 days.


§ 4
User’s Account

  1. Only one person may use the User’s Account. The User is forbidden to disclose the password to his/her Account to any third person.
  2. Each User may open a maximum of one (1) account. In case the Operator’s devices shall detect a greater number of accounts used by one User, all the accounts shall be irrevocably blocked.
  3. The accounts that were inactive for 30 days (the user did not log in) shall be debited with an administrative fee of EUR/USD 5 (depending on the account currency). In case there are insufficient funds on the account to pay off the administrative fee, the account will be closed. The User may re-activate his account in six months after it was closed. In the event the account was not re-activated in this time, it will be rescinded and deleted from the system and its re-activation will not be possible.
  4. Each newly created Account shall be activated by administration system. In order to activate the new Account, the User shall follow the instructions sent to the primary e-mail address provided upon Account registration.
  5. In case of infringement of any of provisions of the Terms and Conditions by the User, the Administrator will be entitled to temporarily or permanently block the User’s Account, freezing all the funds there allocated.


§ 5
Games for virtual fun money

  1. The Operator guarantees fairness of all the games offered on the casinoclub24.com Site. The Operator shall not be liable for any games played on websites not associated with casinoclub24.com .
  2. Fair gaming with casinoclub24.com is guaranteed under a Curacao license. The Licensing Authority ensures control of the Operator and fairness of all the offered games. In case of any doubts the player may report an issue to a Licensing Authority with a request for an audit. Auditing procedure is settled by the Licensing Authority.
  3. In no event and by no means the Operator tampers with the games outcomes. The game outcomes are unpredictable and based on randomizing software produced by third parties that are in no way affiliated to the Operator, except for availing the Operator their software.
  4. The Operator is powered by a gaming platform produced by third parties under independent licenses owned by them. The Operator ensures that there is no interference in the software with an intention to cheat the player, which is a fundamental condition allowing the use of licenses provided by non-affiliated companies.
  5. A player does not need to have an account in order to participate in games for virtual fun money.
  6. Virtual fun money is not deposited nor is it exchanged for real money and it serves the purpose of playing for fun and presenting the software.
  7. Virtual fun money is not transferred between particular games.
  8. The credit of virtual fun money is recharged automatically when the player’s session expires or the user closes a given game.
  9. Each time a player starts a game for fun, he/she receives a certain amount of virtual fun money depending on the type of the game.


§ 6
Games for real money

  6. Participation in the games for real money is not allowed for players who reside in the following countries:

    • Germany

    • Netherlands

    • USA
    • United States Minor Outlying Islands
  7. In order to participate in games for real money, the Player must open an Account on the Site.
  8. Upon opening of the Account the Player is obliged to provide true and accurate personal data. Privacy policy and personal data protection regulations are defined in a separate document, namely Privacy and Security Policy. Providing false personal data shall result in immediate and permanent rescinding of the account, its re-activation not being possible.
  9. Every player may have only one account on the Site. Opening of a greater number of accounts shall result in their immediate and permanent closing, their re-activation not being possible.
  10. The Site allows for establishing exclusively one Account per given location (household, IP address or other sites). Setting up of a greater number of accounts shall result in their immediate and permanent closing, their re-activation not being possible. In case a larger number of players wish to use the Site at the same location, they should contact the Customer Service and notify the Operator about the issue prior to opening any other accounts. Opening of a subsequent account at the same location requires verification of the first account (according to verification procedure) and the Operator’s consent. Otherwise all the accounts opened at a given location shall be permanently closed, their re-activation not being possible.
  11. The account for real money shall be verified after the following documents are submitted to the Customer Service: scan or image of an identification document (ID card, passport); in case of credit card deposits – a scan or image of both sides of the credit card used to deposit with a wiped off or hidden CVC2/CVV/CID number; utility bill containing home address of the user (e.g. energy, gas, internet bill, bank statement). The bill cannot be older than two months. Verification shall be completed after a short talk on the telephone with the Customer Service specialist.


§ 7
Deposits and payments

  1. Real money may be deposited only by Users who opened an account with the Site and activated it in compliance with procedure sent to their e-mail address. 2. Deposits are effected by independent business partners of casinoclub24.com, namely, Visa, MasterCard and Skrill and are regulated by internal Internet Payment Systems. By depositing a fund to his/her account, the player accepts the conditions of using a given Payment System. 3. Transfer of funds to the player’s account may be subject to additional Payment System charges depending on the payment method. These charges are independent of casinoclub24.com. 4. The list of payment methods accepted by the Operator can be found in the PAYMENTS file on the home page of casinoclub24.com website. A player cannot effect any payment by a method that is not listed there. 5. All payments into the account must be made from a payment source of which the player is the named account holder. It means that the full name of the player entered for registration must be identical with the name of the holder of a credit card, bank account or e-wallet. Any attempt to deposit funds from a third person’s bank accounts, credit cards or with other methods shall result in immediate blocking of the player’s account. 6. Any attempt of frauds or impersonation of other persons shall cause blocking of the Player’s account. 7. Deposit execution time depends on the method of payment. Deposits made to the account by credit card or e-wallet are effected in real time. The time of bank transfer depends on the bank running the Player’s account. 8. The fund allocated on the Player’s account shall be used solely for betting games offered exclusively on the Operator’s website, i.e. casinoclub24.com. 9. The funds cannot be transferred between accounts of different players nor can they be transferred to other Internet services. 10. Pursuant to Licensor’s decision, the funds allocated on the Player’s account are deposited at independent bank accounts and are not subject to any wagering except for games at casinoclub24.com. 11. The funds deposited on the player’s account are secured under C.I.L. Curacao Licensing N.V. Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. The Player and Operator shall comply with all the license provisions of C.I.L. Curacao Licensing N.V. 12. A player’s account that is inactive for more than 30 days will be debited with an administrative fee of EUR/USD 5, depending on the currency of the player’s account.


§ 8
Withdrawals

  1. The funds at the Player’s account may be withdrawn with the same method as used for depositing. In case a payment method does not allow for cash-out, money will be paid by another method that was used by the player in the past. 2. Pursuant to Licensor’s decision, withdrawals from the Player’s Account require verification of the Player’s entitlement. 3. Withdrawals can be made by a Player at any time providing they are not regulated otherwise by the terms of bonus or promotion offers or are not subject to cash-out. Prior to withdrawal, all the outstanding bonuses will be cleared from the player’s account. 4. Funds that are not subject to cash-out are defined in terms of particular bonus or promotion offers. 5. Before any withdrawal, the funds will be decreased with all the amounts that are not subject to cash-out, e.g. free bonuses/promotion money that was not wagered the number of times indicated in the bonus terms. In case the balance of the player’s account following a withdrawal is not sufficient to cover the funds that are not subject to cash-out, the withdrawal amount shall be respectively reduced. 6. Time of cash-out depends on the payment method and is indicated in the deposit and withdrawal table at the PAYMENTS file on the home page of casinoclub24.com website. 7. All the withdrawal requests are verified by the finance department of casinoclub24.com and are processed no longer than for two working days. 8. The minimum amount of withdrawal effected with a credit card or e-wallet is EUR/USD 20. The minimum amount may be modified by terms of particular promotional offers used by the Player. A minimum amount transferred by a bank within the European Union is EUR/USD 100 and EUR/USD 500 outside the European Union. 9. Any bank or transfer fees related to the withdrawals shall be incurred by the Player. 10. A maximum withdrawal amount per month is EUR/USD 5000 unless it is otherwise fixed in terms of particular promotional offers or individual agreements with particular Players. The maximum amount may be substantially increased in case of high stakes players. The maximum withdrawal amount may also be limited by terms of particular promotion offers and regulations of Internet Payment Methods that are independent of casinoclub24.com.

    § 9
    Bonus policy – general provisions

    1. Bonuses are bonus money credited by casinoclub24.com to the player’s account after having fulfilled conditions specified in terms of a specific promotion offer. 2. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly after being credited to an account. The player may withdraw bonus money only after having fulfilled conditions of bonus money wagering specified in terms of a particular promotion offer. 3. Wagering of bonus money is defined in terms of each promotion offer. Wagering will not include low risk gambling, e.g. betting on both red and black in roulette. 4. The withdrawal of funds from an account before completing bonus conditions will immediately nullify the bonus and the accumulated winnings will be revoked from the player’s account. The withdrawal will only include the residual funds. 5. Bonus money cannot be split for wagering. For instance, if a player receives a bonus of USD 100 subject to 10 bets, then the amount wagered must total USD 1000. If the total amount wagered is USD 500 than his/her bets with bonus money cannot be USD 50.


    § 10
    Liability

    1. The Operator shall spare no efforts to ensure continuous availability and serviceability of the Site for Players using the most popular browsers, operational systems and different types of computers. The Operator, however shall not be responsible for full serviceability of the Site on every computer and in particular for any problems or technical malfunctions as well as safeguards (e.g. firewalls, blockers, graphic cards performance, etc.) in the User’s computer. 2. The Operator accepts no liability for any consequences of acts named in §6 item 6, and in particular for the consequences that may arise for other persons who use the same IP address or computer and wish to make use of services offered on the Site. 3. Services offered on the Site are permitted only for adults at the age of majority, who are well aware of a gambling character of the services. The use of the Site is voluntary and therefore the Operator is not be liable and accepts no liability for any problems, inconveniences, material losses, moral damages, psychical discomfort, etc. that may occur while using the Site. 4. The Operator is under no obligation to store the Users’ Logins and Passwords. Should the User lose, forget, misplace, give out, disclose or make available his/her Login and/or Password to a third person, or for any other reason could not log on the Site, all these will not be deemed to result from any error or omission of the Operator and the Operator will not be held responsible or liable for any claims originating thereupon that may be lodged by the User. 5. The Operator assumes no responsibility, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage resulting from the use of services on the Site. The Operator commits to comply with the provisions of the Privacy and Security Policy.


    § 11
    Final provisions

    1. The Operator reserves the right to modify the present Terms and Conditions at any time without giving any reasons. A uniform text of the amended Terms and Conditions shall be published from time to time on the Site accessible to the Users. 2. Upon each subsequent logging to the Site, the User acknowledges to have read the Terms and Conditions in their currently binding version. Once such an approval is given, each logging and use of services on the Site shall be deemed as an unreserved acceptance of the currently binding Terms and Conditions by the User. 3. In case the User does not agree to the currently binding Terms and Conditions upon logging, the User will not be entitled to access the Site which will be deemed as the User’s resignation from his/her Account. 4. To items not regulated by the present Terms and Conditions, the relevant legal provisions shall apply. 5. All the legal issues arising under and in connection with the present Terms and Conditions shall be regulated by the law of Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. All the disputes shall be settled by the court of competent jurisdiction for the venue of the Operator’s registered office.
